We want you to be happy with your Sacred Sejadah purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Window

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return or exchange.

Return Condition

Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, used prayer mats may not be accepted for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
